Description
The PLIOGRIP SMC Bonding 60 min adhesive is a 2-part heat cure structural adhesive cartridge system intended for use in secondary plastic panel bonding (e.g.. roof skin, door skin, quarter panel and body panel). Used on OEM bonding applications for SMC, fiberglass, RTM, Metton plastic, and carbon fiber materials. Use the included static mixing nozzle and a dispensing gun to repair most panels on today's heavy trucks.
- Size: 220 mL duo cartridge, tan color
- 60 min work time, 15 min clamp time with heat, 30 min to paint with heat
- Repair of SMC, fiberglass, RTM, Metton, and carbon fiber body panels
- OEM approved adhesive for heavy trucks
- Simply scuff sand the bonding area, apply bead of adhesive, then clamp panels together for specified time. Then prime and paint per mfr. recommendations.
